JOB DESCRIPTION: FULL-TIME TRAINING ASSISTANT
- Assist Corporate Training Manager during and after training

- Hands on training during new hire training
- Proctor exams and study sessions
- Assists in audit checks and gathering data for benchmarking
- Putting together educational resources with direction from Corporate Training Manager

- Assist Corporate Training Manager in scheduling and coordinating training sessions
- Clerical Work
- Updating Internal Website
- Updating and Maintaining Training Records
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience teaching/training
- Have created own presentation or curriculum
- Solid ability to create and modify PowerPoint
- Experience in a call center, preferred not mandatory
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office products
- Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel
- Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong ability to learn on the job
- Builds and maintains confidence and credibility with employees, supervisory and managerial staff
- Outstanding communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Outstanding presentation skills
Wage Range Offered: $14-$18 (hourly paid is based on experience)
