JOB DESCRIPTION: FULL-TIME TRAINING ASSISTANT
  • Assist Corporate Training Manager during  and after training
      • Hands on training during new hire training
      • Proctor exams and study sessions
      • Assists in audit checks and gathering data for benchmarking
      • Putting together educational resources with direction from Corporate Training Manager
  • Assist Corporate Training Manager in scheduling and coordinating training sessions
  • Clerical Work
    • Updating Internal Website
    • Updating and Maintaining Training Records

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) experience teaching/training
  • Have created own presentation or curriculum
  • Solid ability to create and modify PowerPoint
  • Experience in a call center, preferred not mandatory
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products
    • Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel
  • Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong ability to learn on the job
  • Builds and maintains confidence and credibility with employees, supervisory and managerial staff
  • Outstanding communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills

 

Wage Range Offered: $14-$18 (hourly paid is based on experience)
