Job Description

  • Acts as a liaison between our clients and our customer service team.
  • Maintains a strong professional relationship with our clients and customer service team.
  • Provide excellent client service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Courteously and promptly assist all client inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Process queries, disputes and other issues that comes through the various queues in a timely manner
  • Obtain relevant information from resources provided and must able to review and/or examine information critically to help resolve issues or validate account.
  • Handle daily payment posting to internal system

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of Customer/Client Service Experience
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance
  • INTERNAL APPLICANTS- 6 months with PMS or longer

 

COMMUNICATION/TEAMWORK SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess excellent telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrate good judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented and well organized

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

  • Basic Math Skills
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Types 40/45 WPM

PHYSICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Occasionally required to stand or walk and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employee works in an office environment. Employee sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours; answers and makes telephone calls  types on a standard keyboard; reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resource

 
   
Wage range Offered: $14-$15 (Based on Experience)
