Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must provide superior client service and ensure client satisfaction. Must courteously
and promptly assist all client inquiries via telephone, webmail, and email. Be able to maintain a strong professional relationship, while servicing as Liaison between our agency and clients.

Attention to detail and time management required to multi task inquires to and from clients (queue/email), payment posting, reconciliation, and other task that come through Client Service department. Obtain relevant information from resources provided and ability to review or
examine information received to help resolve issues or validate accounts.



QUALIFICATION:
3 or more years of Customer Service Experience
Intermediate with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be detail oriented and well organized
Basic knowledge insurance payers, related forms, and medical terminology is a plus
Types at least 40-45 wpm
Basic Math Skills
Demonstrate good judgment and critical thinking
Must possess a good written and verbal communication and demeanor
Must possess excellent telephone etiquette

Dynamic personality and interpersonal skills to potentially communicate in person with clients
