POSITION PURPOSE

The analyst is responsible for creating and producing routine reports, for both internal and client use as well as being responsible for all routine reconciliation processes. Analyst works closely with the Senior Analyst, Compliance team as well as the Call Center Dialer Administrator, and other key personnel to ensure that all client and internal reporting requirements are met timely and efficiently.

                       

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

  • Generates daily & weekly internal tracking and reports as assigned for all non-financial reporting.
  • Produces, tracks results where applicable of all routine internal reports and audit assignments.
    • Daily queue status reports
    • Daily over 10 reviews
    • Daily queue error reports.
    • Daily mult error reports.
    • Daily ACD/phone performance reports
  • Weekly status reports for audit assignments listed above.
  •  Analyzes data and provides feedback to management of areas of significant success or needed improvement or risk.

Produces routine client reports as assigned.  

  • Is responsible for producing client reports on a routine basis as assigned by the Senior Analyst or Director of Quality Assurance.
  • Must be able to apply Excel knowledge to written instructions to produce accurate reports for clients on a routine schedule with minimal errors while meeting deadlines.
  • Applies knowledge of client base and reporting functions within a reasonable amount of time in order to accomplish the task.
  • Can communicate with clients professionally and correctly when needed regarding reporting processes.

Processes routine client reconciliations

  • Is responsible for receiving client supplied inventory lists, processing that inventory through the PMS reconciliation program, and supplying the results of those reconciliations to pertinent PMS departments within a timely manner.
  • Must be able to apply knowledge of internal assignment processes, and reconciliation processes to identify and trouble shoot any potential problems with the automated process.

Assumes responsibility for maintaining internal log and written department instructions.

  • Is responsible for maintaining internal company log to reflect the current reporting schedule for both internal and external reports, and processes.
  • Is responsible for maintaining and updating written instructions to reflect current reporting/processing instructions and criteria.

 

 

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:

  • Reports are prepared timely and without errors.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of reporting process, and understands the criteria and how reports are created
  • Internal log is updated frequently to reflect current reporting schedule
  • Written department instructions are current, and match current reporting requirements, both internally and externally for client reports.

 

 

 

KEY INDICATORS

  • Internal reports: Reports are generated within required schedule with minimal errors
  • Web Mail: Checked throughout the day. Client issues/requests are addressed same day.
  • Intranet: Daily management of published reports on company intranet.
  • Client Reports: Provided timely with no errors and no delays.
  • Log: Internal reporting log and written instructions are current.

        QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel (charting and pivot tables), and Word. 
  • Above average math skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, VBA coding, bash scripting, and Linux command line is not required but a plus.
  • Previous analyst or accounting experience is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills. Well organized, attentive to detail, ability to work quickly and efficiently, produce and analyze data with minimum errors, able to meet deadlines, excellent follow up skills, ability to identify and solve complex reporting problems.     

 
     MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:
  • Ability to follow written instructions, and apply basic understanding of processes in order to troubleshoot problems and identify areas of improvement.
  • Ability to document instructions for producing reports as necessary in a manner that is simple to understand. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing using good grammar, and appropriate use of punctuation.
  • Must have knowledge of how each report is produced, where the data comes from, and be able to explain at a minimum the basic data within each report when needed either for internal purposes or for client purposes.

 

$19-$23/HR DOE NOT NEGOTIABLE
